Once a month, Jake and Kappa do some grand-Kappie and grand-kid stuff together and explore the beauty and wonder that is Mother Nature. On Labor Day, Jake and Kappa invited Joey, mommy and daddy to the Tow Path on the C&O, along the Maryland side of Great Falls Park.

Jakey dressed up in his "Go, Diego, Go!" Animal Rescue Pack and rode his new John Deere bicycle. Jake showed us the many creepy-crawler creatures, towering trees, and rugged rocks that can be found along the mighty Potomac River.
