Even in the midst of a chili October weather by the lake house, we still managed to go fishing on the dock and explored our surroundings by kayak and canoe, lovingly dubbed, the "Bedazzled." Staying warm around an open fire pit, we also roasted s'mores, barbecued our dinner, and smoked all the fishes we caught. The weekend was a blast!
